The staff were all attentive, excellent. The restaurant was small for dinner and breakfast here, I had tasty dishes.

Appreciated it and would want to stay there again. This hotel is well-maintained, has decent employees at reception desk. In overall the room was neat and functional and with several other less distinguishable things, tasty breakfast and comfortable shower. The location couldn't be more comfortable to the nearest railway station. The food was outstanding, had a huge variety of options.

Can recommend for a brief pause
Comfortable room, friendly staff, with excellent amenities such as a 24-hour reception and off-site parking available for convenience, made my stay enjoyable and stress-free.
Everything was flawless.

We booked this hotel as a cousin was having a silver wedding celebration here. The Booked.net reservation was cheaper than any discount offered to my cousin. The hotel staff during the celebration were great, there was a good choice of food for the breakfasts and the rooms were comfortable.I would recommend this hotel if you are attending a function, are part of a pre-booked party with own transport or are on business in the area but not on a Copenhagen sightseeing trip
Although it is approx 5-10 mins walk from the train station for city centre trains, the location is not really convenient for visiting Copenhagen city as it is too far away.

That it was possible to get a kettle in the room.
The service in the restaurant was poor. The waiter seemed affected by alcohol and we didn't feel welcome. It was very expensive, but the food ended up being nice. What I mean is, for that price I expect much better service!

Free parking facilities. Breakfast buffet impressively diverse and high quality.
Rooms outdated with a slightly dark ambiance. Bathroom cleanliness could be improved with dirty shower cabins and no cups for the toothbrush.

The fresh fruit at breakfast
The room was poorly ventilated, each time I returned, from a day of work I could smell sewage/ bad drains. The bathroom needed to be painted. There was nowhere to get a cup of coffee after 10 pm.

Hotel Lobby design I liked it very much. Nothing else.
I did not like the hotel as I think hotel was too costly compare to facilities and arrnagemnts. I stayed in the copenhagen city for 2 nights in a nice hotel with free continental breakfast but room rate was half of this with half of the rate of Lautuppark hotel.

The Comfort Double Room was clean and had a decent workspace, perfect for me as a solo traveler. The room was a bit dark, though. A brighter vibe would've felt nicer. The bed was comfy enough for a good night's sleep. It suited my business needs pretty well.

Had a wonderful time relaxing in the cozy dining area and savoring some freshly prepared meals. There were great options for unwinding, like interactive workshops and a lovely garden space. Only downside was the room could have used a bit of updating, but it sure didn't take away from my experience! 🌟

The hotel is located in the middle of an industrial estate. Good for business trafellers, but not for leisure.
Though the lobby is quite modern and nice equipped, the rooms were outdated. The bathroom definitely needs to be refurbished, facing all mould remains. Located just a few meters from a supermarket, one will wake up at about 05.00 hours, when all supplies of the supermarket are delivered. Because the hotel is located on an industrial estate, public transport is only limited available. Probably there will be some busses, but the nearest railway station is a 30 minutes walk away.
